Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed and dispatched the next business day.
All orders placed on the weekend or public holiday are processed and dispatched the next business day.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, we are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. box.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information.
You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier website.
RETURN
Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund.
Returns shipped after 7 days will be eligible for store credit ( store credit never expires).
After 30 days, all sales are FINAL, and returns will not be accepted.
All merchandise must be in its original packaging.
We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
All returns must include a tracking number ( USPS, UPS, FedEx ).
Please provide us with the tracking number for your return ( amoysaccessories@gmail.com).
Failure to provide correct information may delay the processing of your return/credit. r order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
